Shipping Options and Tracking Numbers

Tracking Numbers. We send tracking numbers to the e-mail provided at checkout once your order has shipped. If you are registered, you can login to track your order’s status. If you are not registered you can track your order with your billing e-mail and order ID found on your order confirmation e-mail.

Use Your Shipper Account. You can choose to use your own FedEx or UPS shipping account.

Shipping Options to the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Ground (1 to 3 business days most locations), 2 Day (2 business days), Priority Overnight (next business day morning by 10:30 AM to most US addresses; and by 5 PM to remote areas), Standard Overnight (next business day afternoon by 3:00 P.M to most US addresses; by 4:30 PM to rural areas; and by 8:00 PM to residences).

Shipping Options to Canada. FedEX  Ground (in which case you will need to use your own broker as the Import of Record). FedEx International Economy (FedEx Trade Networks acts as the broker).

Shipping Options (All Other) International. FedEx International Economy (5 business days). FedEx International Priority (1 to 3 business days).

Broker Fees. If you choose to ship FedEx International Economy or International Priority, then FedEx Trade Networks is the broker. Those charges are included in the cost and are not added to the price shown.

Duties and Taxes. We do not calculate duties and taxes you may be subject to into the price shown. If customs in your country assess duties and taxes, FedEx advances those fees and collects from the Import of Record on the Commercial Invoice (you the purchaser) at the time of import into your country.
