Tracking Numbers. We send tracking numbers to the e-mail provided at checkout once your order has shipped. If you are registered, you can login to track your order’s status. If you are not registered you can track your order with your billing e-mail and order ID found on your order confirmation e-mail.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Ground (1 to 3 business days most locations), 2 Day (2 business days), Priority Overnight (next business day morning by 10:30 AM to most US addresses; and by 5 PM to remote areas), Standard Overnight (next business day afternoon by 3:00 P.M to most US addresses; by 4:30 PM to rural areas; and by 8:00 PM to residences).
Overnight Shipping: We operate between 9 AM and 5 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM may not ship the same day.
